2×200 @ 3:00 (1 = alternate drill, apply by 50, Negative Split)

8×25 @ :20 fast (4 at 90%, 4 at 95%)
1×100 @ 3:00 Easy
3×300 @ 4:30 (1 = Drill, apply by 75, 2 = neg split, 3 = neg split better than #2)
