Nathan Adrian Through the Lens of Eve and Candace

Eve and Candace  (aka The Swim Bachelorettes) were the world’s foremost unknown swim fans and swim vloggers, until they landed a starring appearance on Anderson Cooper’s Anderson Live, during 2012 Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte’s guest spot. Now they report lifestyle swim news from many of the major U.S. competitions.  The video above was produced from the 2013 U.S. World Championship Trials in Indy.

Eve and Candace are the world’s number one swimming fans and reporters on all aspect of swim lifestyle content. Brought together by their obsession with the 2008 Olympic Games, a questionably unhealthy love for Michael Phelps and subsequent interest in swimming, Eve and Candace have been providing the unsuspecting world with their humorous take on everything relating to competitive swimming for over 4 years via YouTube. With vlog topics ranging from Speedo design to magazine covers, Eve and Candace offer a unique view of the swimming community through the lens of pop culture.

Love those ladies!

Totally with Jen_Cam’s response above! As a swimming fan on the outside, looking in, it is very hard to try and get a feel for the personalities of some of these swimmers outside the work they do in the pool, but through Eve and Candace’s youtube videos, twitter interactions and interviews, they have allowed us a glimpse into all that allowing others (not directly in the swim community) to witness the fun and lighter side of some of these athletes. I appreciate it!

Keep up the great job Eve and Candace 🙂

I’m enjoying the “Questions With [insert swimmer name]”. Great way to get to know many of the faces from swimming news, and watching meets online, etc. Particularly for someone like me, still learning a lot about the sport and athletes.
