PORTLAND, Ore. – Arena will continue to provide a new POWERSKIN Carbon Pro Mark 2 to athletes who exchange their old model Carbon Pro through the worldwide replacement program until Sept. 30, 2013. Athletes may start the replacement process by registering the suit at support.arenapowerskin.com. At 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2013, the replacement website will come down, and exchanges will no longer processed.
For athletes who register by Sept. 30, and complete the suit exchange process, Arena will provide a new POWERSKIN Carbon Pro Mark 2 at no cost. Arena estimates that it will exchange between 9,000-15,000 suits by the September 30 deadline.
Arena voluntarily withdrew the FINA approval on the old model Carbon Pro in May 2013 after an anomaly in a small number of suits was discovered. The anomaly was found to have occurred during the massive ramp up in production to meet unprecedented demand occurring after the 2012 Olympic Games. To serve its athletes, Arena is exchanging the former model of Carbon Pro suits, whether worn or unworn, for its new proprietary technology, the Carbon Pro Mark 2, which represents the natural evolution of the Carbon technology. The Mark 2 is a FINA-approved suit which is already being worn by top athletes in national and international competitions across the nation and the world.
All swimmers or coaches in possession of the old model Carbon Pro, including the women’s open back, closed back and men’s jammer, are asked to register for the worldwide exchange program at support.arenapowerskin.com at their earliest convenience, and must do so on or before September 30, 2013.

I had purchased the powerskin carbon pro a while now and now I want to know how can I reuturn it. As I live in jamaica .
I live in Republic of Moldova , I sent a request for exchange in May , then in july i chose the date , the place and the time to have the suits picked up but nobody came to pick them up.They told me that they are obliged to exchange the old Arena carbon Pro and from august no news ! I’m disappointed with Arena !
I’m from Russia, in early May sent a request for an exchange, in June it was confirmation that the suit will be exchanged. Near the end of October – silence. Arena Russians deceived!

Great job Arena! Replacement suit arrived in time for DD’s big meet. Looks and fits great although she said it felt a little smaller. Personal best times this weekend.

For me I waited about 4-5 weeks before arena asked for a pickup. The after the pickup it only took 2 weeks for arena to process it and 3-4 extra days for shipping. I got mine last friday
I guess Arena USA has stopped answering calls. Been trying several days to reach someone. We bit the bullet and purchased another competitive suit because this process is really slow and all we have are worn out suits. Does anyone know how to change the replacement option since we’ve purchased already. We were told 2 weeks on the revo+ and never heard anything so we just want the straight swap, maybe by SC championships. It’s weird that a lot of eu websites have the mark2 in stock, even at a discount, and I can’t get a response from the USA branch?
