Maine kafi sare swimming Competition me part liya hai or maine kafi sare parents and swimmers ko observe kiya hai ki wo kaise khud ko motivate rakhte hai ya unke parents apne swimmers ko kaise motivate karte hai. Kuch parents ki advice mujhe kafi acchi lagi jo mai aapke sath share karne jar ha hu.
Aapne un parents ko dekha hoga jinka face red hua rhta hai and wo jor jor se chilla rhe hote hai jab unka swimmer race me hota hai. Unko lgta hai ki wo coach hai. Lekin un sab me ek chiz common hoti hai or wo chiz hai ki wo apne swimmers ability and talent ko piche nahi hone dena chahte.
Kuch parents apne kids ko bina pressure diye hi unko improve kar skte hai jaise maine dekha hai jab ek parents apne bacche ko jo ki 10 ya 11 saal ka tha usko pool par practice ke liye laate hai and unko drop krte wakt ye bolte hai ki “khub hard work kro and kafi fun kro” halaki wo parents practice ke time physically to uske sath nahi rhte lekin mentally jrur hote hai. Physically hona ya na hona jruri nahi hota balki ye jruri hota hai ki aap apne kids ko kya bina pressure diye uski mental performance ko boost kar pa rhe hai ya nahi?”
Mera yahi manna hai ki parents ko apne swimmers ko aise treat krna chahiye jaise ki wo swimmers kuch bhi achieve kar skta hai aisa krne ke liye aapko parents se jyada uska dost banke rhna pdega.
Aur usko koi chiz achieve karne ke liye jabardasti ka pressure dalna chahiye.
Kafi sare parents ko maine dekha hai jab wo race ke baad apne swimmers ko pool ke side me le jakar unpar chillate hai. Jo ki mere hisab se bilkul galat hai kyuki aise to parents uss swimmers ki baki ki race bhi khrab kar skte hai. Kyuki wo swimmes uske baad se hmesa me ek pressure lekar hi baki race krega.
