Superstitions and beliefs – Olympic rituals

This is part two of my interview with Olympic Gold Medalist, Nelson Diebel. He shares how he had to change his beliefs after feeling “broken” from his shattered wrists (story shared in my first interview with him). He describes superstitions and rituals he used in order to prepare for the Olympic Games.

In part three (coming soon) – he shares his personal experience of being in the 100 meter breastroke at the Olympic Games, and winning gold.

Enjoy!
