2017 World Championships

Yanhan led off China’s 4x200M Free relay with a split of 1:56.62 to help China win a silver medal behind gold medal winners, USA.

2018 Asian Games

In Jakarta, Yanhan once again swam on the 4×200 free relay, this time helping China top the podium and earn gold.

2018 Short Course World Championships

In her home games in Hangzhou, Yanhan swam in the prelims of the 4×200 free relay, which went onto win gold at night.

2023 World Aquatics Championships (Fukuoka, Japan)

Ai was a key part of the Chinese women’s successful freestyle relays. She was on the Prelims 400 free relay and split a 54.09 while the finals squad earned bronze. On the 800 free relay in prelims, Ai led off in a 1:56.97, the fastest lead-off of the morning. In the finals, Ai brought China into the medal picture with a 1:55.57 on the 3rd relay leg and ended up with another bronze.
