Riley Kishman of Catholic Central High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan has verbally committed to Purdue University. Throughout her three years of high school swimming so far, Kishman has raked in five gold medals and one silver in her two individual events. As a freshman she won the 200 IM and placed second in the 100 breast at the 2013 MHSAA Division 3 Girls State Championships. The next two years saw her sweep both events (200 IM/100 breast in 2014, 200 free/100 breast in 2015). In 2015, Kishman was named MHSAA Division 3 Swimmer of the Year as she helped Catholic Central win the state title for the first time in school history. In addition to her individual victories (1:03.20 in the breast and 1:51.01 in the free), Kishman was a member of the 200/400 free relays, both of which won state titles.
Kishman swims year-round for East Grand Rapids Aquatics. She competed in the 100/200 breast and 200 IM at 2013 Winter Juniors, and again at 2015 Winter Juniors East. She added 200 free and 50 breast to her lineup at the 2016 NCSA Spring Swimming Championships, where she finaled in the 50/100 breast.
