On the first day of the Dutch Short Course National Championships van der Kulk (S14) set the world record in the women’s 100 butterfly while Zijderveld (S10) set a new European record in the same event. Today both returned to the pool to break world records in multiple events.

van der Kulk set a new world record in the 100 freestyle posting a 58.81 and adding a world record in the 100 backstroke finishing in a time of 1:05.68. Zijderveld set her marks in the 50 breaststroke where she posted a 34.04 and the 200 IM where she finished in a time of 2:31.24.
