Saturday, October 10th:

8am Goal setting with Josh Davis at hotel lobby
8:15am Bus to pool from hotel
8:30am-11:15am Train at pool with Olympians: Davis, Dana Vollmer, Andrew Gemmell, Mike Alexandrov
11:30am Buses leave for hotel
11:45am-12:15pm Lunch break
12:15pm-1:30pm Mental toughness with Andrew Gemmell and Mike Alexandrov
1:30-2:30pm Nutrition and dry land with Dana Vollmer and Josh Davis
2:30pm Visit Exhibit Hall
3:30pm Excelling in college and beyond with Carol Capitani
4:10pm Take bus back to pool
4:30pm-6pm Favorite drills and sets with Olympic coaches Bruce Gemmell and Jack Bauerle
6:15pm Head back to hotel
6:30pm-7:30pm Social with Olympians

He just recently broke his own Masters American Record in the 40-45 age group going :20.6 He has been leading the Mutual Of Omaha BREAKout! Swim Clinic Tour for 8 years to challenge the next generation of swimmers to work harder, swim smarter and have more fun. Josh is a proud 2 breather and he will race anybody, anytime, anyplace.
