WOLFPACK SPEED&POWER CAMP: DECEMBER 19-20, 2015
ABOUT
With a total of three power packed sessions, the Wolfpack Speed & Power Camp will instruct & demonstrate the proper sprint technique, stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and relay handoffs for sprinters. Also includes a specialized introduction to power training. The camp is open to any and all entrants ages 13 and over as well as coaches.
CAMP FOCUS
Starts – How to explode and carry speed through the breakout
Turns – How to spin fast, explode off the wall, and power underwaters
Drills & Tech – Specific Technical Drills and Strength Drills to enhance Speed Development
Power Training – Using toys as tools

$225 for Athletes & $150 for Coaches. Discounts: If 5 or more from same club sign up
cost is $175 per athlete.
