The St. Thomas Men’s swim team had a great season and finished in first place, winning the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships. After the end of the season, the team went back to work, experimenting with some non-traditional training methods. Check out their “grueling off-season regimen” in the video the team created, featuring their own rendition of Bruno Mars’ song, Uptown Funk.
