The Princeton men’s team were busy working out on the 10-meter rope at Friday morning’s practice… when along came women’s team member Elizabeth McDonald to show them how it’s done.
Princeton Assistant Coach Mitch Dalton wrote on Instagram, “After a plop, plop, fizz, fizz; the men took their best shot at the 10 meter rope climb. They were all put to shame when Liz McDonald (2015 Ivy Champion in the 50 freestyle) walked on deck and casually asked, ‘Can I give it a try?’ She showed ‘dem boys!
“The 10 meter rope climb became a tradition at Princeton when 12-time All-American Alicia Aemisegger ’10 added it as part of her training routine.”
