Samantha Tower
Samantha (Sam) Tower began swimming at a young age. In high school she saw great success advancing to the PAIA State championship meet her senior year as a member of her schools medley relay which took third place. Sam Committed to Westminster in 2013.
College
2013-2014
Sam saw great success in her first year as a titan. At the Presidents Athletic Conference Championship (PAC) meet she posted best times in the 100 and 200 breast as well as in the 200 I.M placing second, third, and sixth respectively. Sam was also a member of both the team’s medley relays both of which took second. Her efforts at the meet earned her a place on the All-Conference second team.
2014-2015
Sam saw even greater success in her sophomore year at Westminster. At the PAC championship meet she ended a season of dominance with two decisive victories in the the 100 and 200 breast as well as a fourth place finish in the 200 I.M. Once again Sam was a member of both medley relays both of which took first place. Her scoring efforts helped earn the team second place by a narrow margin. Sam was selected for the All-Conference first team for her exceptional performance.
Personal
Sam is a biology major at Westminster and plans to attend graduate school after her senior year.
